Interacting and supporting colleagues in a confidential, peer-to-peer setting fuels unparalleled professional growth opportunities unlike any other type of membership group.
There is a synergy of energy, commitment, and excitement that participants bring to a Mastermind Group. Participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect, and compassion. Mastermind participants act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates, and supportive colleagues.
Each month, you meet with your full cohort for 75-90 minutes, discussing a roundtable conversation topic brought to the group by a member on a rotational basis. The Elevar Group Coach Facilitator holds a safe space for each member to offer input on the topic at hand. Because group participants lead the topics, the discussion is rich, the relationships developed are real, and the support network is far reaching.
You also have a one-on-one executive coaching session monthly with your Mastermind Facilitator. This time is dedicated to you, individually, to work on any topics of discussion you choose or goals you personally want to work towards.
Membership is rolling and new groups are always forming. Cohort memberships are limited to ensure genuine connections are made and that the group members are mutually aligned to achieve their goals.

“Participating in my Executive Women Mastermind has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done professionally to expand my continuing professional education. Our group has women from many professions and the discussions we have about leadership, and women in the workplace across industries is fascinating. I have built some real connections with the members and have been able to tap into their experience to assist me in some major decisions I had to make, but I’ve also been able to offer my expertise to them as well which has been very rewarding, personally.”
“As a minister and church planter, the support I receive in my Mastermind group feeds my energy tank, which in turn, benefits my parishoners and employees at the church. Sometimes, the work I do can get lonely, and I found that I was overlooking the importance of maintaining strong friendships and relationships outside my parish. The people I have met in my group understand my challenges, listen to me, and support me with new ideas that feed my creativity. This has changed how I approach my messaging and weekly preparation. Being able to discuss ideas in a safe and open environment with the group, coupled with the individual coaching sessions with our group facilitator have made me a happier person. I have more time for my family and feel less stressed – the ideas flow much easier than they did prior to particiaping in my group.”
Elevar Mastermind registration is non-transferrable and non-refundable. By registering you agree to attend 75% or more of the planned monthly group events.
